Terms & Conditions


Hey! Just a quick note that the information from Spick & Span is meant for general purposes only. We're super committed to providing safe and effective services, but we can't promise specific results or take responsibility for any damages or losses that might come up while using our services.

For example, if there are damaged or poorly maintained furniture, decorations or surfaces that we come in contact with that should be brought to our attention prior to the cleaning of the property.

To ensure health and safety and good working practices we ask that any furniture, ornaments and decoration items be moved if you wish for us to clean that specific area. Otherwise we cannot move any items unless agreed to, by the client in writing prior to our visit.

By choosing us, you agree to indemnify and hold Spick & Span harmless from any claims or damages. If you want to learn more  feel free to reach out. We're here to help!

Terms and Conditions for Spick & Span.

Payment Terms:
For our regular customers, payment is due within 7 days of service completion.
New customers are required to pay upon completion of the job and must agree to these terms before cleaning begins.

For our Deep/Initial Clean service we require 50% of the agreed total price to be paid upfront, upon arrival at the clients address.

Service Agreement:
By scheduling a cleaning service you agree to our terms and conditions.

Cancellations: 
We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any or rescheduling to be made.
We request a 48-hour notice for a no charge cancellation. Any shorter cancellation time will incur a 50% charge as per our terms and agreement policy.

Liability:
We take great care in providing our services. Spick & Span is not liable for damages unless caused by our negligence. Thank you for choosing Spick & Span!
